Wrong size?

LXIX Athletica aims to provide every girl with the perfect dream gymwear- However, in the event of an incorrect sizing, please follow the following steps to ensure a seamless exchange.

1. Email with your name, order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. LXIX Athletica will provide an exchange form for verification. PLEASE FILL IN THE FORM, PRINT IT OUT AND INCLUDE IT IN THE RETURNS PARCEL. We will only accept parcels with the returns form included.

3. Pack and Send your parcel in its original packaging that it came with. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you choose tracked shipping. LXIX Athletica will not be responsible for parcels lost in the shipping process. In the event of an incorrect order, please keep your shipping receipt and we will credit it back to you.

4. Once we have received your parcel, inspection of the apparels will be done to ensure its validity for exchange. A confirmation email for your exchange will then be sent within 1-5 business days. You will be notified once the right order has been shipped out again :)



  • Return parcels are to reach us within 14 days (Singapore) from the date of dispatch of your original order.
  • Customer MUST contact with the title [EXCHANGE]
  • Orders made with promotional codes, sales items and accessories cannot be returned.
  • Items have to be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact). Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
  • All related shipping costs for return goods will be fully borne by the customer.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Exchange is only valid for the same style in a different size
  • If said style is out of stock, exchange is only valid for an available item that is the same price, or priced lower than the original item
  • Currently we only offer exchange of REGULAR-PRICED items, returns and store credits are not yet available (sorry!)

I’ve received a faulty/incorrect item. What should I do?

We are so sorry for sending you a faulty or incorrect item! Please email with your order number along with a photograph of the defect or incorrect item.

Please refrain from mailing us the faulty/incorrect item(s) before we have processed your request. We will be in touch once we assess the defect or incorrect item.

Please ensure that faulty/incorrect items have to be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its tags intact).

A replacement will be provided for faulty or incorrect returns. If a replacement is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

If you’ve received a faulty/incorrect item, please keep your shipping receipt and we will credit it back to you.
